Based in the West Midlands I can help you to research your family history using archives and resources in the old counties of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. This said I am able to trace your roots anywhere in the UK. Travelling to distant counties may be necessary; however, this can sometimes be avoided by using a range of in-house resources.

On a personal note, I started researching my own family history approximately ten years and have traced lines back to the first half of the 1600’s. I have traced ancestors from all over the UK such as Thurso (in the far north of Scotland), Gateshead, Lincoln, Aberdeen and Nottingham. I have listed a wide and varied range of occupations from farm labourer to postmaster, from ships master to railway signalman and some served their country in the Boer War and both the World Wars. I am a member of the Society of Genealogists and also of numerous Family History Societies, both local and afar, where my own interests lay.

Having produced my own family research I then progressed to researching trees for other family members and friends which has led me to where I am now.
